Refund Policy and Return Policy

As we offer primarily food products, we do not currently offer returns.

1. We offer a refund or exchange on non-wholesale sales if there is breakage or wrong orders. Refunds and exchanges are only granted if there is a proof of receipt (i.e. - photos) of the received package.

2. Replacement shipping costs are covered by us. No need for customers to send back anything for breakage or wrong orders.

Timing | Shipping:

Generally products get processed in 24 hours, then it takes an average of 4-5 business days to arrive, depending on the delivery address. Products get shipped from Philadelphia, PA.

Bulk ingredients

While our specialty is organic dried fruit import and supply, we are able to procure and provide various other items as needed.

Contract packing & private label

We specialize in stand-up pouches and can pack products such as dry gods, granola, cereal, coffee, nuts, seeds, dried fruit and other packaged snacks. We understand the quality and detail required by growing food manufacturers and established brands alike.

We are GFSI & Organic certified. Our facility is located in Philadelphia and is inspected by the US Food and Drug Administration, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and Pennsylvania Certified Organic.

Mavuno Harvest is an organic certified food manufacturer located in Philadelphia, PA. The company has evolved from an independent dried fruit producer to a GFSI-certified commercial contract manufacturing operation.

As we grew, we realized other food entrepreneurs needed support to grow their businesses. We serve emerging brands, larger established brands, and private label customers in their mission to deliver healthy, sustainable foods to the market.
